AR Adds Three High-Power, 1500-Watt Models
To Its Family Of Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers
Souderton, PA ¡V 6/10/05 ¡V AR has added considerably
more power to its family of traveling
wave tube (TWT) amplifiers with the introduction of three new 1500-watt
CW models.
The 1500T1G3A covers the frequency range of 1 to 2.5
GHz. Model 1500T2G8A is designed for the 2.5 to 7.5
GHz range. And model 1500T8G18 spans the 7.5 to 18
GHz frequency range.
These powerful new TWT amplifiers provide readily
available RF power for a wide variety of applications
in Test and Measurement (including EMC RF susceptibility
testing), Industrial and University Research and Development,
and Service applications.
All three models are self-contained, forced air-cooled
broadband TWT amplifiers and are ideal for applications
that require instantaneous bandwidth, high gain and
